StayBnBCo Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These are the official terms and conditions for the StayBnBCo “Win a Free Stay” giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of StayBnBCo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, participants must provide their email address and agree to receive marketing communications. Entries that are incomplete or fail to meet the stated requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of StayBnBCo. Each person is allowed one (1) entry. Any additional entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay at a StayBnBCo property of the company’s choosing, valid Sunday through Thursday, excluding major holidays and blackout dates. No cash equivalent or prize substitutions will be offered unless determined by StayBnBCo. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants StayBnBCo permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random under the supervision of StayBnBCo. The winner will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of the selection date. StayBnBCo is not responsible for notification issues caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical errors. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within 30 days, or fails to return a signed declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. Terms & General Conditions

StayBnBCo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances disrupt its operation. Participants who tamper with the entry process or violate these terms may be disqualified. By entering, participants release StayBnBCo, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications via email from StayBnBCo.

7. Privacy Policy

Information submitted as part of the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy listed on the StayBnBCo website.

8. Governing Law

All aspects of this giveaway, including its interpretation and enforcement, are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
