A non-refundable $45 damage protection fee is included with every reservation. It covers minor, accidental damage to the unit during your stay, such as small stains, scuffs, or accidental breakage. It does not cover intentional damage, missing items, smoking violations, or damage beyond normal wear and tear — any repair or replacement costs beyond what’s covered will be charged to the card on file.
